REVIEW: Menard Pack Aserie Clay Mask

Hello! I know it's been a long time since my last update. But this time I want to talk about a Mask. My favorite part of a skincare routine is mask! I'm not the kind of girl who like to spend time doing mask like everyday but, it's like a relax time for me. Whenever I feel like tired or dull or whatever, I would take 15-30 to relax while put on a mask on me face.

So today, we will be talking about mask from menard. For those who find that menard is not familiar. Well, it is a japanese brand.

MENARD was created after the beauty of Greek Goddess, Maenad,  in November 1959 by Nippon Menard Cosmetic Co.,Ltd. Menard amidst an increasing need for beauty among women with the desire to assist each individual customer to enhance their beauty and to contribute to the community and society through cosmetics. One of their mask is called Pack Aserie Clay Mask, which is cleansing mask :)



Packaging: It's a simple clean mud green tube packaging, convinience for travelling and the effication of the mask won't fade faster like jar type of packaging. Well, for some reasons, the colour and etc will make you think 'not so adorable eye catching packaging'. I know right? lol. But this mask is more like "old but gold". And they keep making this type of packaging so that people will dig into the goodness of the mask, not by it's packaging. So, do not judge a mask by it's packaging in this case!

How to use:

 




Squeeze the tube and little green clay (yes, green as in hulk!) will come out.

Spread it on your face.

Wait 10-20 minute until the mask is dry.

Rinse off.








Pro:

  • The packaging is very travel friendly and the clay won't dry fast too.
  • Surprisingly, doesn't dry my face. When the mask dry, it just created a thin layer but I can still smile and laugh and talk like normal.
  • Can be used as zit treatment. One time I had a zit that won't come off and finally was using this mask. Next morning, my zit was dry and gone.
  • Skin feels smooth after rinsing, so it doesn't a pretty good job at cleansing.
  • Selfie like a hulk!
Cons:
  •  After rinsing, make sure that it properly clean by using a toner. Otherwise, you will have a green cast on your face.
 Repurchase? YESS.

Birthday Haul : Benefit (plus others) Part 2

Hello everyone, how are you doing? So, this post will be about (still) my birthday benefit haul. Which, I decided to split it into 2 parts. In this part, I'm not just be talking about benefit products though. Because I also got some other stuff from different brand like nyx and real techniques. Hope you'll enjoy it :)

Roller Last mascara

I've decided to finally bought this because I've been wanting it myself since it got out on a sale few months ago. But like, I've never purchased a pricey mascara before so I was like I don't know... should I buy it or no? Plus, again, there is no benefit counter near my hometown, so I have to buy it online. And at that moment, there were no online store that sell this badboy with counter price (IDR 350.000, they were all sold with mark up price started from IDR 370.000 therefore I was like NO.). This mascara claims that you don't need an eyelash curler to use it, it just curl your eyelash very beautifully, that's what catch me at the moment. I haven't use it yet because I still have 3 or 4 mascara(s) waiting, but we'll see.

Bonus Item (POREfessional and They're Real!)

I got this sample and very happy about it. Mostly because I do want to try They're Real! mascara but do not want to spent another money on it lol. I've been trying the mascara and heck yeah I do like it very much, it does make my lashes volumized and has more lenght. Good job!

Zoeva Wing Liner Brush
This is just a tipical eyeliner brush, I guess. I bought it because my eyeliner brush was not as good anymore (it was ecotool's, though). Haven't use it, will be using it when I got a new cream eyeliner maybe. Mine was dry lol.




real Techniques Sponge

Everyone was raving about beauty blender and so do I. But the price was very very not my type for a sponge. So when I saw a dupe, I was like let's go for it. I don't know about this though. Because I've never use a sponge for apply foundation or concealer or etc (Sigma F80 is my HG!), we'll se about that.





nyx eyeliner in white
 
I don't have an eyeliner in white, so why not right?




real Techniques retractable lip brush

 I LOVE anything retractable, mainly because I can take it my me when travelling without afraid it will get dirty or something. This is my very first lip brush and my very first real Techniques brush as well. I know, don't judge.

Hello everyone, how are you doing? Okay, so my birthday was on 28 september and well finally I said good bye nineteen and hello twenty :( Gosh, who know time flies so freaking fast and I'm one step closer to the adult world. Just thinking about it make me realised that I have to live in the moment 100% because time goes so quickly.

Okay! So, anyway. During my birthday I was doing a haul, sort of a gift to myself (not exactly, since my dad paid for everything huhuhu, I'll get back to you one day pap!) for finally reaching 20. So I went online on luxola and discover that they actually just launch the brand benefit on their website! Yayh, by the way I never actually get my hands on their product because there's no benefit counter anywhere near my home. So when I got this 20% birthday discount code I went right away and bought some (some..) stuff.

benebalm (excuse my nail)

I bought this stuff because I've been looking for a tinted balm. Beside, you can never resist the packaging of any benefit product! It's well made, very sturdy, and the colour is just georgeous! Anyway, for you whose on a budget, you might want to skip this. Because this cost more than a mac lipstick (Mac was IDR 260.000 and this was IDR 280.000). I personally think if it wasn't my birthday I wouldn't be ended up buying this. But again, I love the packaging and the color of the balm so I don't think it's really a waste of money since benefit it's not a drugstore brand.

Fine One-One

This is a highliter and a blush in one tube, it's also can be used for your lip if you want. This product is actually the real reason why I do my benefit haul. IT IS JUST PRETTY. If you want something for your no makeup makeup look, this is for you. Too bad they only make it one shade for all. It's suit for fair to medium skintone. I don't know if darker skintone will like it tought.






This is what happen if I open the lip. You move the little round thing on the bottom, basically just like lipstick. It comes in three different colour, the lightest is for highlighting your face and the pink and orange is for blush. If you want you can use the pink and the orange for lip as well. Such a multi function product!








gimme BROW

Okay, so I went to mac counter because I was looking for liptick for my mom. After I found it, I was going to the cashier when the BA came to me asking if I already have a setting brow gel. Knowing what would happen next if I said no (yes, I have a very bad habit of buy almost everything the BA ask me to, guh!) I said I already have it.
So when it comes to my birthday I thought why not get a brow gel as well. And yes, I did.

HI.

Okay, so this is my very first entry of this blog. As you probably would guess by the tittle of this blog, this is a beauty blog. Well not exactly a beauty blog as I will also post some of my life in here. But, like the 85% entries of this blog will be about the world of make up and skincare.

Before going in about the real deal, I want to introduce a little bit about myself. Not that you care or what but.. well it is just what I want lol.

I am a 20 years old college girl who recently have sort of addiction toward the beauty world. I was a pretty tomboy girl I believe who doesn't care how you look and not even know what the hell is chapstick. But during my first year of the university world, all of the sudden I fall in love with the world of beauty and stuff. Although at the time, all the things than I put on my face were bb cream (who later I discover was not covering anything and not worth repurchasing) and lip balm.

But now, it's like the holy great grand mother of mac has show me the light and.. well, basicly I love make up. I learned a lot of the tutorial from youtube and read a lot of review online on them muttafaka beauty blogs.

And at the end, I realise that I want to make a special blog just for it. And here it is, girls and makeup.
